Our Shipping
Most of the items we carry are in stock and will be shipped out in the following business days after you have checked out. In general, it may take about 3 - 10 business days for delivery. Please note that orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next Monday. (business days are Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays are excluded). If the items you ordered are out of stock, we will contact you by email or telephone.
- Items will be shipped by USPS, UPS,DHL,EMS.
- Please note that we do not ship to PO (Post Office) Boxes, APO (Military) Boxes or FPO (Foreign) Boxes.
- We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.Please provide us your full address with Telephone number and make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

Non-defective product(s) If you would like to change your mind after purchase, please contact our customer service department immediately. We can cancel your order as long as you request. However, if your order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for all the shipping expenses (including the original shipping, handling charges and return postage), and a 10% restocking fee will be charged. To return the product(s), you can refuse to accept the product(s) or contact our customer service department for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Defective product(s) All our products have a one-year warranty. Defective products may be replaced if returned a year since the date of purchase. If products do not work properly, please contact our customer service department first to resolve your problem. Do not return goods directly to us without getting a RMA number. It is difficult for us to find out your transaction record and this may result in delaying exchange or refund process. After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future. |
